1:1 PRIVATE TRAINING

Private training sessions with programming specific to YOUR needs! Program design based on present fitness levels, injury history, specific goals, and progression of exercises to get you where you want to be!  ALL levels of fitness appropriate.

SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING

Small Group Personal Training is a fun filled hour with great group camaraderie and motivation. Total body functional training and conditioning among like minded fitness enthusiasts.  ALL levels of fitness welcome.

RECOVERY/MOBILITY SESSIONS

Come recover and restore mobility!  Take time to regain proper range of motion and and body mechanics.  Proper exercise technique requires healthy joints and flexibility.  Take 30 minutes and go through guided & assisted stretching and use of a massage gun for troubled spots.

I started 1:1 training with Alison at The Training Room 1/9/25.  She is the owner and trainer at The Training Room in Topsfield.  Prior to these sessions I worked with Alison as my personal trainer elsewhere.  All of the exercises she leads me through are customized to my needs.  It is also really beneficial to me that Alison has a PT background.  I feel stronger and healthier all of the time.  Not only is Alison an amazing trainer, but also The Training Room that she has assembled is in a very pretty and bright space.  Every piece of gym equipment I would want to use is there.  The atmosphere is so friendly and relaxed.  I love it and look forward to every training session I have.

I first started training with Alison in hopes of overcoming some chronic injuries.  While some of the injuries were age related, most of the others were due to improper training techniques.  Years of large classes and unsupervised weight training had taken a toll.  Luckily Alison was able to spot the problem areas and come up with a plan to help me improve my overall fitness.  I think her background in physical therapy is one of the keys to her success-that and she is thoughtful and funny!
